Spicy Sriracha-Ginger Shrimp Kabobs

Spicy Sriracha-Ginger Shrimp Kabobs
Serves 4
This is an addictive recipe that we eat all year round. I make my marinade early and soak it at least 2 hours but you can get away with 30 minutes if you are in a rush. Serve it with grilled peppers and zucchini, or use any veggie you like! I complete the dish with a spinach salad, garlic bread and a cold brew to cool my spicy tongue. Enjoy!
